Maxine Rishton is a creative connoisseur. She writes poetry, crafts visual poems, commands the open-mic stage, bends metal into art, and her camera roll is essentially a food diary she refuses to stop curating.

Runaway Bride Poem

Words are the most vital tool in the toolbox of communication. Whether I am writing poetry, academic pieces, short stories, or journaling, I have a responsibility to communicate to my audience (and myself) well.
